From the Executive Team of DX Exchange: Dear DX Exchange Users,
We regret the lately outages in our system, especially for our loyal Users, who can not buy as easily as in the past the Linden dollars at DX Exchange. Moreover we did switch offline some means of payment from our system. Our appologizes for that. We experience serious lacks in our financial and technical structures in which transfers with normal banks take place. Especially for a rapidly growing company as DX, that situation is very difficult but we're now chairing in the middle of the building phasis of our financial structure. This restructuration is also necessary to improve the continuity of the quality service for our customers, to improve and introduce a more protected level. For this reason the new DX system will be as soon as possible definitely back online. We did postpone a bit from the planned date, i.e 15 February. After 15 February the system will work normally, as all of you are used to knowing it. From that date all the means of payment will also be available. Our customers can of course still buy or sell their Linden dollars in the meanwhile. Unfortunately till 15 February the system may not run without any outages, as a result of which the system can temporary be switched offline, such as you might have experienced the last weeks already. We thank you again for your patience, so that we can work for a better service, quality and increase the safety of the structure for our customers.
